History is evidence, not a promise
The VCL™ Library studies historical leaders before, during, and after major moves. Historical case-study scores are teaching tools, not present-day ratings and not guarantees that another company will repeat the same path.
Missing data stays missing
If the verified inputs required for a Current Stock Rating™ are incomplete, the result is Data Incomplete / Not Yet Rated. The system does not manufacture a number merely because a visitor would prefer one.
The operating principle: The screen does not find guaranteed winners. It finds evidence. Every score, tier, case file, and historical comparison should make clear what is known, what is missing, and what could weaken the case.
